When will my basket be shipped?
If you wine basket or gourmet fruit basket order is received by 3:00 PM EST Monday - Thursday and you chose the appropriate shipping method for delivery Tuesday - Friday, your gift will ship the same day.

When will my wine gift arrive?
When you select your basket you will have to make a shipping choice and your basket will be shipped either 2-Day or Next Day. To gaurantee freshness, baskets will not ship on Fridays because we don't want them to sit in a wharehouse or a truck over the weekend.

Where will my wine basket ship from?
All of our wine baskets and fresh fruit baskets ship from California where they are hand packed right before shipping and arrive in the freshest manner possible.

How will my wine basket arrive?
Your wine and fruit basket will arrive in a shipping box specifally designed for shipping fesh fruit gifts. Everything item is packaged so that your fruit will arrive without bruises and your wine will not suffer temperature extremes.

What if there is no one home to receive delivery?
Because our gift baskets contain alchohol and/or fresh fruit we do require a signature for all deliveries. If there is no one available it is up to the delivery driver's discretion to either leave an attempt to deliver notice or try to leave the package with a neighbor.

Why should I create a customer account?
Creaing a customer account is just an easy way to make your future gift basket shopping experience a little easier. The information you provide will not be shared with anyone other than our own small family of companies (Wine Basket Village, Fruit Basket Village, Gift Basket Village). The email address you provide will receive holiday sales information only and will not be abused in any way.

What happens if I provide a bad address?
If the address you provide during your checkout process needsto be corrected you will encure the charges enforced by the shipping company. These charges usually amount to $8.00 for a bad address that the driver can correct and $15.00 for an address that we need to correct.
